“I started off with some boneless, skinless chicken breasts which I cut into strips. Then I covered the chicken strips in flour and dipped them in a mixture of egg and milk before topping them with crushed up cheese balls. After that all I did was cook the chicken strips in the oven at 375 degrees and after about 25 minutes they were done! Much like the Cheeto Crusted Chicken Sandwich my Cheddar Cheese Ball Crusted Chicken Strips turned out delicious! In fact, this is definitely one thing that I’ll be making again. Why not make some s’mores using Oreo cookies instead of graham crackers?… Long story short, Oreo cookies are the perfect substitute for graham crackers when it comes to making s’mores. Aside from that though the rest of the recipe is pretty much open to interpretation. A lot of restaurants for example like to top the soup with pieces of popcorn. I on the other hand prefer using diced bits of bacon. “The waffle breaded chicken wings were actually amazingly easy to make. I started off by cooking four ‘drumette’ sections of chicken wings and whipping up some waffle batter. Once that was done I simply dunked the wings in the batter and placed them in my waffle iron with the ends of the wings (which I left unbattered so the wings would be easier to pick up and eat) sticking out. Apparently I added a bit too much melted chocolate and marshmallows and a few too many crushed graham crackers, because as my quesadilla started cooking marshmallow and chocolate came oozing out the sides. Luckily I didn’t lose too much filling, and when the green light came on to indicate that my quesadilla was done there was still plenty of it left between the two tortillas. “I’ve had pancakes with almonds in them before and I’ve had pancakes with pieces of bacon in them before, but what I’ve never had were pancakes with both almonds AND bacon. I couldn’t just pair any old boring bacon with these delicious Pumpkin Spice Almonds however, and that’s why I decided to cook up some more of the pumpkin spice flavored bacon that I blogged about a couple weeks ago to go along with them… Now, these might not have turned out to be the most perfectly round pancakes in the world, but man were they good! In retrospect they probably could have used a bit more than the 1/3 pound of bacon I added, but the way I see it, everything can always use more bacon. Not only are Planters Pumpkin Spice Almonds great in place of regular almonds when it comes to pancakes, but I can guarantee that they could improve any other recipe that normally uses plain old almonds as well.” w/ photos
