Ollie Meaden stunned Hayley Short by presenting her with a diamond ring during a dive to the sunken ferry MS Zenobia in Cyprus. The 30-year-old also whipped out a waterproof banner asking Miss Short if she would marry him, to which she responded by ‘nodding profusely’.
