“The stainless steel sheet is only 0.5mm thick and it holds the speaker component in place. This could reduce the shipping of such a speaker simply to an envelope. Once it’s received, the flat speaker could be easily assembled by bending into shape. Although there are some flat speakers already in production, I particularly like how this concept looks.” w/ photos
