
“It’s enough to stop any unsuspecting driver in their tracks. Suspended above a road in Wuppertal, Germany, a bridge that looks like it’s made entirely of Lego bricks. There’s an innocent explanation to the brightly-colored structure, of course – it’s the handiwork of street artist called Megx, Germany’s answer to Banksy. Megx – whose real name is Martin Heuwold, 35 – sought out permission to transform the disused railway bridge. The bridge forms part of the line that once connected Düsseldorf and Dortmund. The section has been closed since 1999 and is now a pedestrian walkway and cycle path.” w/ photos
