World’s Hardest Sudoku Puzzle

“Maths genius Dr Arto Inkala has revealed the world’s hardest sudoku puzzle yet. The Finnish brainbox’s latest version of the number grid puzzle is designed to bamboozle fans. It is even more fiendishly difficult than Dr Inkala’s 2010 “Al Escargot” version which had sudoku players baffled for days. Dr Inkala spends months devising ever more difficult creations of the puzzle using his maths genius – backed by computer software which makes billions of calculations. Like all sudokus, the aim is to fill in the grid so that every column, row and group of nine squares contain the digits one to nine. Players are given just enough numbers to get them started. The average newspaper sudoku challenge is rated at level five of difficulty. But this monster comes in at level 11.” w/ photos
